How to Become a Super Seller on Allegro: 2026 Criteria
The Super Seller status on Allegro is granted automatically and daily, based on four conditions. Check the current criteria for 2026, the real benefits, and a concrete plan for how to earn it and not lose it.
Super Seller on Allegro: the criteria in a nutshell
The Super Seller badge is one of the few distinctions that buyers on Allegro recognize instantly — and one that translates into real sales. The good news: for several years now you haven’t had to make any special effort or file an application to get it. The status is granted automatically and daily, based on your results. The bad news: it can be lost just as quickly.
To become a Super Seller on Allegro, you have to meet four conditions at the same time. Here they are in brief:
| Condition | Requirement |
|---|---|
| Account type | Business account (“Company” status) at the moment of qualification |
| Number of orders | At least 50 completed orders in the last 30 days |
| Quality level | “Super” level for at least 14 of the last 30 days |
| Minimum quality | Quality does not drop below the “Good” level throughout the entire 30-day period |
Qualification takes place daily (Allegro allows for technical delays of up to 3 days). If you meet all four conditions at once, you get the badge. If your quality drops below the “Good” level, you lose it immediately. Below, I break down each condition into its component parts and show how to actually get there.
What the Super Seller status actually gives you
Before we get to the “how,” it’s worth knowing the “why.” Because the Super Seller status is more than just a nice badge:
- A higher position in search results. Allegro officially confirms that Super Sellers’ offers are promoted in the “Relevance” sorting — that is, the default view that most buyers look at. This is the most important benefit, because it means more free organic traffic.
- A recognizable badge on your offers and seller page. It builds trust already at the results-list stage, before the customer even opens the offer.
- Access to training and materials. Allegro gives Super Sellers dedicated courses and early access to some new features.
And where does the popular “+10-15% relevance” come from? Allegro does not publish any fixed percentage — this is not an official, guaranteed bonus. In their analyses, agencies and sellers report that the sorting boost alone, plus a higher click-through rate (CTR) thanks to the badge, delivers roughly a dozen or so percent more impressions and offer views compared with a comparable offer without the status. Treat this figure as an estimate that depends on the category and the competition, not as a promise — the real impact is best measured on your own offers in the statistics panel.
In practice, the badge most often “breaks the tie”: at the same price and with a similar description, the buyer picks the Super Seller’s offer. When price competition is fierce, that difference is exactly what decides who wins the cart.
How does it work mechanically? The “Relevance” sorting is an algorithm that ranks offers according to many signals: match to the search phrase, price, availability, product-card quality, and also the seller’s quality and credibility. The Super Seller status is one of the trust signals. Simple math: if your offer currently gets 1,000 impressions per week and converts at 2%, then a dozen or so percent more impressions plus a higher CTR from the badge can yield a few extra orders per week from the same offer — without raising your advertising budget. Across dozens of offers, the effect adds up.
The 4 conditions you have to meet — in detail
1. A business account
The program is available only to accounts with “Company” status. Private accounts do not qualify for the badge. If you sell regularly and at scale, a business account is a necessity anyway — also for tax reasons and issuing invoices, including under the KSeF regime, which covers sales on Allegro.
2. At least 50 orders in the last 30 days
This is the most common barrier for smaller sellers. What counts is 50 completed orders in a rolling 30-day window. It matters how Allegro counts them:
- An order canceled by the buyer does not count toward the pool.
- An order in which a transactional discount was granted on all the offers in that order is also not counted.
- Orders count, not individual items — one cart with five products is one order.
The practical takeaway: to steadily clear the threshold of 50, you need an average of about 1.7 orders per day — and that’s without any “slip-ups” involving mass cancellations. How do you actually build volume? Bet on competitive prices, the Allegro Smart! program, and complete, correct product cards. Just remember that every additional order has its cost — before you launch an aggressive promotion, check how much Allegro fees actually amount to in 2026, so that volume doesn’t eat into your margin.
3. “Super” level for at least 14 of 30 days
Your sales-quality level (visible in the “My Sales Quality” panel) must be “Super” for at least 14 days out of the last 30 — not necessarily consecutive. This is deliberately designed so that you have to maintain high quality consistently, not just for one good week.
4. Quality no lower than “Good” for the entire 30 days
Alongside the “Super for 14 days” condition, your level must not drop below “Good” at any point in the 30-day window. If it does, you lose the status right away, and you’ll only regain it once you again meet the full set of conditions. It’s this condition that most often “strips” the badge after a run of late shipments or unresolved cases.
Watch out for outdated criteria circulating online
If in other guides you come across requirements like “at least 100 ratings,” “an average rating of 4.950,” “a maximum of 0.02% unresolved disputes,” or “80% of tracking numbers,” that’s an older, more elaborate set of conditions that Allegro has simplified. Today, the four conditions described above are what count, and all those detailed metrics have “hidden themselves” inside a single rating — the level in the “My Sales Quality” panel. In other words: you no longer have to keep an eye on a dozen or so thresholds separately, but each of them still indirectly affects your quality level. The rules of good service haven’t changed — what mainly changed is how they’re reported and the fact that qualification now counts daily, rather than once every 30 days.
Sales quality: what really builds the “Super” level
Conditions 3 and 4 boil down to one thing: maintaining a high level in the “My Sales Quality” panel. This level is the net result of several metrics scored by Allegro — there’s no single magic number, it’s the sum of good service habits. The panel shows the level on a scale: Weak → Good → Very good → Super → Super+. For the badge, “Super” for 14 of 30 days and keeping at least “Good” for the whole period is enough. “Super+” is not required, but it gives you the biggest safety margin: even a temporary dip won’t immediately push you below the threshold.
The key areas that build your score:
| Area | What Allegro evaluates | How to improve |
|---|---|---|
| Shipping timeliness | Whether you ship within the declared time | A realistic shipping time; ship the same or next day |
| Tracking numbers | Whether you add tracking to orders | Automatically adding numbers from a courier integration |
| Ratings and disputes | Buyer satisfaction and disputes with buyers | Fast, to-the-point communication; genuinely resolving cases |
| Complaints and returns | Time to process and refund payments | Efficient decisions and fast refunds |
Key observation: most of these metrics depend on logistics and the pace of service, not on price or product range. That’s good news — you have real influence over quality. The two most common “silent killers” of the status are late shipments and stock shortages that lead to cancellations.
The latter problem — overselling, that is, selling goods you no longer have — is especially dangerous in multichannel sales. If you list the same stock on Allegro, in your own store, and on other platforms, then without ongoing stock synchronization with Allegro it’s easy to sell “thin air” and then cancel the order — which hits both key conditions at once: it lowers your order count and damages your quality.
In practice, two metrics are easiest to “deliver” with tools. First, batch generation of courier labels and automatically adding tracking numbers to orders — this eliminates manually rewriting tracking and gaps in that metric. Second, ongoing synchronization of stock levels across all channels — the cheapest insurance against cancellations, which damage both volume and quality at the same time. The rest is discipline: ship within the declared time and answer messages the same day.
Super Seller vs. Allegro Smart! — they’re not the same
A common misconception: the Super Seller status and the Allegro Smart! program are two different things. Smart! concerns the offer and free delivery for the buyer (it’s the buyer who purchases the package), whereas Super Seller is a distinction awarded to the account for service quality. Both work in your favor and complement each other — a Smart! offer with a Super Seller badge combines two strong trust signals — but you meet them independently. For the status you need quality and volume; for Smart! you need the offer to meet the price and logistics conditions.
Note: the “My Sales Quality” panel reform from August 26, 2026
This is the most important update for anyone aiming for the status in the second half of 2026. Allegro is rebuilding the “My Sales Quality” panel. The changes were originally announced for July 27, 2026, but were postponed to August 26, 2026 (it’s worth confirming the dates and thresholds in Allegro’s official announcements, as deadlines are sometimes adjusted).
What’s changing — in a nutshell:
- New point thresholds. The “Super” level is to apply from about 230 points (previously 220) — approximate values, confirm at the source.
- New and modified metrics. Among others, “Complaint processing time” appears (processing in under 7 days gives the maximum pool of points), along with a stronger emphasis on unresolved customer cases and fast refunds.
- Timely responses will also cover replies to “Ask about the purchase” inquiries.
- An “actions-based” philosophy. Points are to be awarded and deducted mainly for what is on your side — that is, for things you actually have control over.
Practical takeaway: after the reform, it pays off even more to process complaints quickly and issue lightning-fast refunds. If your complaints currently sit with you for a week, this is a good time to shorten that.
A plan for reaching the status — a checklist
If you’re starting from scratch, organize your actions in this order:
- Switch to a business account (if you don’t have one yet) and get your invoicing in order.
- Set realistic shipping times. It’s better to declare 48 h and ship within 24 h than to promise 24 h and be late.
- Ensure a volume of ~50+ orders per 30 days. Take care of competitive offers, Allegro Smart!, and complete, correct product cards.
- Close out your logistics. Integrate your courier so that tracking numbers get added to orders automatically and labels are generated in batches.
- Eliminate cancellations due to stock shortages. Keep a single, up-to-date stock level for all channels.
- Shorten your case-handling time. Answer messages and complaints the same day whenever possible; process refunds on the spot.
- Monitor the “My Sales Quality” panel daily during the period of working toward 14/30 days at the “Super” level.
How long will it take? The “14 of 30 days” buffer means that from the moment your quality actually reaches the “Super” level, you still need at least two weeks of such days within the month’s window. In practice, from getting your processes in order to the badge appearing usually takes anywhere from a few weeks to about two months — the most time is spent “cleaning up” the history of earlier delays and unresolved cases, because all the metrics are calculated on a rolling window of the last 30 days. That’s why there’s no point looking for shortcuts: consistency throughout the whole month achieves more than a single burst of effort.
The most common mistakes that cost you the status
- Overly optimistic shipping times — every late parcel lowers your timeliness.
- Missing tracking numbers on some orders — easy to fix with automation.
- Cancellations due to stock shortages — a double blow: fewer orders and worse quality.
- Ignoring complaints and disputes — after August 26, 2026, complaint processing time weighs even more.
- Slow refunds — increasingly heavily scored in the new model.
The role of automation in maintaining quality
All four conditions of the status — order volume, timeliness, tracking numbers, and fast case handling — come down to one thing: an efficient, repeatable process. At several dozen orders a day, especially in multichannel sales, manually copying data between the platform, the warehouse, and the courier itself generates delays and errors that damage quality.
That’s why sellers aiming for the Super Seller status usually reach early for an integrator or CRM that ties Allegro together with the warehouse and couriers: a single stock level for all channels, automatic labels and tracking numbers, order statuses in one panel. This is exactly the area we’re developing in Nimo — a Polish panel for multichannel sales, planned for the 2026 season. Regardless of the tool you choose, the principle is the same: the less manual work, the harder it is to spoil quality — and the easier it is to keep the badge.
Frequently asked questions
How many orders do you need to become a Super Seller?
At least 50 completed orders in the last 30 days. Orders canceled by the buyer don’t count, nor do those with a transactional discount granted on all the offers in the order. Orders (carts) count, not individual items.
Do you have to apply for the status?
No. Qualification is fully automatic and carried out daily based on your results. When you meet all the conditions, the badge appears on its own; when you stop meeting them, it disappears.
How quickly can you lose the Super Seller status?
Practically overnight. If your sales-quality level drops below “Good,” the status is withdrawn immediately. You’ll regain it once you again meet the full set of four conditions.
How much will sales actually grow after earning the badge?
Allegro doesn’t give a guaranteed percentage. Super Sellers’ offers are promoted in the “Relevance” sorting, and the badge itself raises click-through — analyses roughly cite a dozen or so percent more traffic, but the real effect depends on the category, price, and competition. It’s best to measure it on your own offers.
What does the 2026 sales-quality reform change?
From August 26, 2026 (a date postponed from July 27, 2026), Allegro is rebuilding the “My Sales Quality” panel: it changes the point thresholds (the “Super” level roughly from 230 pts), scores complaint processing time and fast refunds more heavily, and rewards actions on the seller’s side. Confirm the current values in Allegro’s official announcements.
